Tiverton High School is an innovative and successful school situated within easy reach of Exmoor and the North Devon coast. We have over 1100 students aged 11-16 on role and have a genuinely comprehensive intake. Our philosophy is grounded on the belief that ‘we are here to help children succeed: it’s that simple’.

We are a cooperative trust school and have recently joined a formal federation with Heathcoat Primary and Rackenford C of E Primary School.

We are looking to recruit a Student Services Manager to have overall responsibility for Student Services at Tiverton High School. The successful candidate will take an active role in all aspects of student support as well as maintaining overall responsibility for the coordinated working of the other student support workers. Working with a diverse range of individuals, the successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, skilled and pro-active in identifying students at the first signs of difficulties and able to develop strong relationships with all stakeholders.

An important part of the role will be as co-tutor within our house-based tutorial system.
