January 30, 2017 – As the season picks up again after the Christmas break we wanted to take a moment to highlight the staff and students who play for our local ladies hockey club, the Tiverton White Eagles.
Mrs Copsey and two of our Year 11 girls, Annie Hussell and Maegan Green, play on the 1st team, along with several former students. Playing for the 3rd team is another member of staff, Mrs Fasey, with three of our Year 9 girls: Jenna Copsey, Emily Trump and Jaimee Ware.
As well as these senior players, Mrs Sampson regularly umpires for the club and many of our students play for the junior teams.
We wish them all the best of luck for the remainder of the season and look forward to seeing the results in due course.
