Online booking for the Year 10 Parents’ Evening on Tuesday 20th of March is now available.

However, if you do not have Internet access or are otherwise unable to use the system, please feel free to telephone our admin staff on 01884 256655 EXT 203. They will be happy to book your appointments with you.
Timings
In order to allow for movement between rooms parents will be required to leave at least one five-minute gap between appointments. Your personal timetable for the evening can be printed out by yourself at home or collected at the school when you arrive. It will help ease queuing considerably if you have printed your personal timetable of appointments before arriving at the school.
Please note that the online booking system will close at 9.30am on Tuesday 20th of March. This is essential in order to allow teachers time to prepare for the evening and for our admin staff to prepare accurate booking lists for display outside rooms. Please be aware that teachers who work part-time at Tiverton High School may not be available for the entire duration of a particular Parents’ Evening. We appreciate your understanding in this.
The evening will be hosted within the main school building with several teachers together in a classroom. A map of rooms is available to download, and room numbers for staff will also be on the booking system. If you would like a printed copy of the map or the details of how to use the online booking system, please let us know.
Additional parking for parents’ evenings will be available in the PETROC car parks.
