Year 10 virtual parents’ evening

In spite of our current restricted opening, we are pleased to let you know that an online parents’ evening for year 10 will go ahead as planned on Tuesday March 2nd 2021 between 4pm and 7pm. This parents’ evening will be held through video appointments, and appointments with subject teachers can be booked on our online system from 9am on Monday February 22nd.  Bookings can be made here: https://tiverton.parentseveningsystem.co.uk/ Details of how to book appointments can be found here: http://bit.ly/2QT5soG

The same system will be used for the video meeting and we would ask parents to please make sure they are available online at the time of their appointments. Details of how to attend appointments over video call can be found here: http://bit.ly/3acdBzT

Appointment slots are five minutes, and the video system will automatically end each video appointment at the end of that slot. Teachers will try to ensure that all your questions are answered in that time, but if there is anything that needs a longer conversation then teachers will be happy to catch up at a later date by email or telephone.

If you need help booking appointments, please feel free to telephone our admin staff on 01884 256655 EXT 203. They will be happy to book your appointments with you.

Please note that the online booking system will close at 9.00am on Tuesday March 2nd. This is essential in order to allow teachers some time during the school day to prepare for appointments. Please be aware that teachers who work part-time at Tiverton High School may not be available for the entire duration of a particular Parents’ Evening. We appreciate your understanding in this.
