Christmas Carol Service
Our Christmas Carol Service which was held last night was a celebration of the talent of our performing arts students. This year it was held at the beautiful St Paul’s Church in Tiverton and included solos on the piano and violin as well as vocal solo performances. The Musical Theatre Club performed ‘When Children Ruled the World’ by Andrew Lloyd Webber and the Year 9 dance group choreographed and performed a moving piece to the modern Christmas classic ‘Somewhere Only We Know’.
Traditional readings by members of the Ambassador team with rousing and familiar traditional carols accompanied by the school orchestra gave the service a joyous feel and it was a great event to finish the term.
We would like to thank the Interact team for serving refreshments and raffle tickets before the event and we hope that everyone enjoyed listening to the talented Year 10 band.
