The whole THS community supports the shoebox appeal

This week over 50 shoeboxes were collected by shoeboxappeal.org. Students have spent the last few weeks completing these shoeboxes that will be distributed to those less fortunate during the Christmas period.

An annual activity for THS, students on the Interact team co-ordinate the project. This year tutor groups rallied together to provide items for a shoebox. Students also made them with friendship groups and individually. Members of the wider school community and staff also got involved to create boxes.

Thank you to everyone who supported this project. Showing kindness is one of the elements of our RESPECTFUL value. Well done to all of these acts of kindness, they’ll really make a difference to someone else’s life this year.
