The year U12 netballers took a while to settle at the start of our re-match against West Exe who put out a different team from previous. Although Tiverton found themselves 5-2 down at half time, some really effective interception from Phoebe B and Ruby H gave our attackers repeated opportunity to move down the court and in the second half our shooters were able to score another 5 against just 2 from West Exe. A brilliant recovery from the team which led to a 7-7 draw.

The U16s were more equal than previous in the first half against West Exe in our re-match. Our defence managed to prevent the opposition’s early lead from getting too far ahead, and there was great passing down the line from Amelia F and Victoria P to give our shooters an opportunity to come back. Despite great determination by Tiverton, West Exe pushed ahead and were able to bring the game to a close with a score of 9-5 to West Exe. Great effort by all!”
