Year 10 HLT Sports Leaders

During November, the Yr 10 sports leaders have become fully involved in  organising their house teams for the Inter-house competitions held every Friday lunch time as well as running football tournaments for Yr 3, 4, 5 & 6 children from Rackenford, Heathcoat, Bolham and Bampton children.  The tournaments were held after school and the HLT leaders took full control of officiating the games, organising the teams and keeping the scores to formulate the results.  On Tuesday 22nd November we welcomes 120 Yr 1 & 2 children from Heathcoat, Bampton and Bolham for a multi skills session.  We were joined by six Year 9 students who adapted very well to the role and all of the leaders demonstrated the ability to explain and help the younger children to carry out some fun activities.  It was fantastic to see so many children being active and having fun.  Well done to everyone involved.
