Our Yr 7 & 8 girls football team attended the EFL U13 tournament on Friday 10th November at Exeter University.
There were 15 teams entered and the girls played their first competitive matches as a team. The girls did fantastically well and finished runners-up in their group, securing wins over Cranbrook & Coombeshead and a draw with Newton Abbot. We met a very strong St Luke’s team in the quarter-final who came out winners. Our girls showed real determination, fantastic spirit and great skill to achieve so much. Well done girls.
